Pendampingan Guru SDN Watugolong 2 dalam Mendesain Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang Inovatif dan Berbasis Karakter

This community service activity aimed to enhance teachers' competence in designing innovative, character-based Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) at SDN Watugolong 2. The program applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which included planning, training, mentoring, implementation, and evaluation stages. The participants were 19 teachers from the school. Data were collected through surveys, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively to assess the effectiveness of the program and participant responses. The findings revealed a significant improvement in teachers' ability to design systematic, creative, innovative, and contextual project-based learning activities that integrate character values into classroom practices. Moreover, the teacher satisfaction rate was very good, with 68%-80% of participants reporting they were highly satisfied with the training program's implementation. Overall, the activity strengthened teacher professionalism, promoted curriculum innovation, enhanced the quality of learning, and contributed to the sustainable development of education in Indonesia, ensuring the continued growth of teachers’ skills and the educational system.
