Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged higher education institutions to adopt Learning Management Systems (LMS) as a supporting medium for Blended Learning. The Institute of Technology and Business Bina Adinata utilizes the SPADA Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate teaching and learning activities. This study aims to analyze students' satisfaction with the use of the Bina Adinata SPADA LMS as a Blended Learning platform. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method using a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale distributed to 31 students of the Institute of Technology and Business Bina Adinata who actively used the SPADA LMS. Data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the mean scores of four indicators: accessibility, learning material quality, learning interaction, and LMS effectiveness. The results indicate that the overall mean score of student satisfaction is 4.10, which falls into the satisfied category. The LMS effectiveness indicator obtained the highest mean score, while the accessibility indicator received the lowest mean score. Nevertheless, the findings demonstrate that the Bina Adinata SPADA LMS has effectively supported the learning process by providing easy access to learning materials, efficient assignment management, effective communication, and flexible learning opportunities. The study implies that improving system infrastructure, optimizing learning features, and providing LMS training for lecturers and students are essential to enhance the quality of digital learning services and achieve higher levels of user satisfaction.
