Analisis Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Karyawan di PT Cigwa Indonesia Jaya

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of employee training at PT Cigwa Indonesia Jaya, particularly in the tourism sector, in order to improve work quality and productivity. The implementation of training in this company faces obstacles related to the selection of less competent instructors and an imbalance in the number of training participants. Using observation, interviews, and data analysis methods, the study finds that the training provided has not been optimal due to time constraints and scheduling conflicts with the company’s operational working hours. In addition, the understanding of training materials has not been evenly distributed among employees, which has an impact on the company’s operational performance. This study recommends improvements in instructor selection, periodic evaluation of training effectiveness, and the implementation of an online-based training system to address time limitation issues. The implications of this study provide insights for PT Cigwa Indonesia Jaya to improve and design more systematic training programs in order to enhance employee performance and achieve company targets.
